National Convention 2025
We are excited to announce that the National Convention and Gala will be held from June 12 to June 15, 2025, in the vibrant city of Nashville, Tennessee! This year, we are excited to partner with Kappa Phi Gamma Sorority, Inc. to bring you an unforgettable weekend filled with engaging events, workshops, and networking opportunities for both active members and alumni. It’s going to be an amazing celebration of our brotherhood!

Registration will take place completely online. You can register here!
To register, please fill out all necessary information and complete your payment online. We accept payment via this site.
– Hotel stay for actives and alumni who buy the hotel package.
– Breakfast and lunch on Friday.
– Meals all day Saturday.
– Formal awards banquet Saturday evening.
– Convention T-shirt & numerous convention gifts.
– A great weekend with brothers from around the nation.
– Mingling with the sisters of Kappa Phi Gamma Sorority, Inc.
No, only Brothers of Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity, Inc. are eligible to register for the convention.
You will pay the Regular or Late Registration ticket price instead of the Early Bird.
All convention attendees should plan on being in Nashville by 3pm on Thursday, June 12, 2025. If you are driving, please leave adequate time for traffic. If you are flying, please leave ample time for delays and transportation to the hotel.
Yes, these meetings makeup the core of our National Convention and we expect everyone to be present and punctual. The National Convention Committee has put a lot of effort into making these meetings productive and interactive. Please respect this request and help encourage a positive atmosphere for convention.
Yes, please indicate this under your meal preference during registration so that we can get an accurate count. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible so we may do our best to accommodate.
Extra spending may occur if you choose to perform activities outside of the official scheduled events planned by the Convention Committee. Registration tickets cover Saturday meals, entrance to the events on Friday & Saturday night events, exclusive gifts, and more! All other expenses (drinks, souvenirs, extra meals, etc.) are the responsibility of the attendee.
No, registration is non-refundable.
Yes, if you are no longer able to attend, you can transfer your ticket to a Brother from your Chapter. Please reach out to us at convention2025@deltaepsilonpsi.org to initiate this process.
